We conducted a complete interior gut of 3 story academic building. ODAD performed asbestos abatement of floor tile, mastic, and pipe insulation in addition to the complete gut of the interior of the building and removal of all exterior windows and doors.

We executed abatement of floor tile, mastic, pipe insulation, fire proofing, boiler insulation, and exterior waterproofing. ODAD was able to completely abate the old children’s hospital in an extremely tight 35 day window. This project was accomplished with no delays to the General Contractors schedule.
