Kevin has been working in the Demolition and Abatement construction field for over 25 years with his focus on preconstruction, project estimating and project management. He joined the ODG team in June 2023 as the ODAD Division Manager. Kevin has built relationships with many large general contractors as well as customers stemming from the State and local governments on projects ranging from $5K to $5M.
He spends his time away from ODAD coaching and watching his kids sports and activities as well as following the University of Tennessee Volunteers. Go Vols!

Asbestos Supervisor
ECRI – ICRA for Healthcare in Construction Certification
With over 10 years in the asbestos, lead, and selective demolition industry experience Will manages ODAD’s operations and day to day field needs – even stepping in as Project Manager when needed.
Will’s project experience includes work in the Healthcare sector (MCV, UVA, Chippenham, Henrico Doctors, etc etc), Higher Education (ODU, VCU, Mary Washington, W&M, VMI, George Mason, Randolph Macon), Industrial (West Rock, Advantsix, Georgia Pacific, Dominion Power), and Renovations (MCV, UVA, ODU Powhatan Dorms, Henrico Doctors Women’s and Children’s Unit, SWIFT Culpeper Chiller Replacements).
Asbestos Supervisor
Jonathan brings 7 years of experience in the construction industry ranging from residential building/renovation developments and also working on commercial projects. He is also bilingual (English and Spanish) and as an Asbestos Supervisor, his role is focused on working in parallel with clients, superintendents, project managers and estimating team. He understands the value of communication and is also responsible for enforcing company safety policies, assisting with developing work plans, and attending pre-construction and progress meetings.
Keith Edelstein joined the Old Dominion Abatement and Demolition team in December 2021. He graduated from Old Dominion University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Since being with ODAD, he has earned his PMP Certification and excels in managing selective, total, and hazardous abatement across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Prior to joining the ODG team as an ODAD Project Manager, he spent 5 years serving in the United States Marine Corp. During his time as a Marine, Keith was stationed in Camp Lejeune NC. There, he was with the Infantry and Tanks before joining a civilian career.
Outside of work, Keith enjoys spending time outside with his family, whether it be hiking, biking, or snowboarding.
