Jeff Davoud has been with ODI companies full time since 1997. He has spent fifteen years as a business development manager and project manager. In 2012 he was named President and CEO of ODI as well as the other companies under the family umbrella. As President, Jeff oversees business development activities, future opportunities, as well as operations of the Family of companies under the ODI team. Jeff guides the future of the company through his, innovative outlook and involvement in the construction industry. In addition, he takes a lead role in communication with clients, vendors and owners.
Jeff has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Ferrum College.

Chris has been in charge of Operations since 2005, Chris Davoud guides the future of the company through his promotion and apprenticeship training, professional development, team building and outreach activities. In addition, he oversees operations for the family of companies under the ODI team. Chris began his career at ODI as a field apprentice in 1989 and rose through the ranks as Foreman, Superintendent & Head of Operations.

Anabella Perez landed in ODI doors one February day in 2006. Annie (known to many ) is native from Panama Republic.  Anabella studied Law, has a BS in Occupational Safety & Health, and is working towards her Masters at CSU.

With over 10 years in the asbestos, lead, and selective demolition industry experience Will manages ODAD’s operations and day to day field needs – even stepping in as Project Manager when needed.

Will’s project experience includes work in the Healthcare sector (MCV, UVA, Chippenham, Henrico Doctors, etc etc), Higher Education (ODU, VCU, Mary Washington, W&M, VMI, George Mason, Randolph Macon), Industrial (West Rock, Advantsix, Georgia Pacific, Dominion Power), and Renovations (MCV, UVA, ODU Powhatan Dorms, Henrico Doctors Women’s and Children’s Unit, SWIFT Culpeper Chiller Replacements).

Greg has been in the abatement and demolition business for over 16 years as an estimator and project manager. He has also run all types of asbestos abatement and demolition projects in the field. Currently Greg handles all of the estimating and business acquisition for ODAD in Virginia. He builds relationships with customers and ensures that ODAD is set up for success from the beginning of a project all the way through the time we have received our final payment. Greg has estimated and managed jobs from $2,000.00 up to $5,000,000.00 and worked in hospitals, universities, schools, industrial plants, and residences throughout Virginia. In addition, he has done work at UVA, VCU, JMU, W&M, Virginia Tech, VMI, VSU, and many other colleges and universities. Greg also brings extensive work for municipalities including Chesterfield, Richmond, Henrico, Hanover, Spotsylvania, Louisa, Colonial Heights, and Norfolk.

In his role as Project Manager, Landon handles all cost related project changes and works with our customers, provides all the necessary tools in the field to help our supervisors and laborers complete jobs safely and efficiently, and tracks each project thoroughly, providing feedback to our estimators so they can bid future jobs more effectively.

Landon has worked on a range of projects including the UVA University Hospital Expansion, UVA University Hospital 7th & 8th Floor Renovation, UVA Chemistry Building, UVA Thornton Hall, UVA KCRC (Kluge Children’s Rehabilitation Center), UVA University Hospital Air Handler Demo, Old Dominion University Powhatan Apartments, and Old Dominion University’s Old Education Building.
